How do I view my previous orders?
To view your orders, please log-in and then click on "My account" under the menu on the right-hand side of the screen. You can view and/or print your order information here.
How do I access the Site Coordinator's Information Area?
Once you have successfully registered, please log-in using the same e-mail address that you used when you first created your account. Once you are logged-in, select the program that you have registered for. On the left-hand menu, you will now see a 'Downloads' option. Simply click "Downloads" to access your materials.
I cannot log-in using my e-mail address.
Please make sure you are using the e-mail address that was used when the account was first created. Note: this may be different than your event location e-mail address. If someone else created the account for you, check to see if their e-mail address was used to create the account.
I forgot my password.
Simply click on 'Request new password' and follow the instructions on the e-mail that you receive to change your password.
I would like to pay by check and not a credit card.
To pay by check, please complete the paper registration form (located at www.hospicefoundation.org, under the appropriate course name/information section) and mail or fax to HFA at the fax number and/or address located on the bottom of the form.
Can I order additional materials after I have already registered?
Yes. You can log-back into the site, at any time, to purchase an additional registration and/or site materials. To view the materials for each program, first select the 'Program' that you want. Then, select 'Additional Materials' from the left-hand menu.
How do I order the Companion Book(s)?
The online order form may be found at store.hospicefoundation.org. Use the coupon code(s) located in your Manual (sent to you after your registration is complete) to receive 55% off or more on your order. A paper order form may also be found in your Site Coordinator's Manual.
What is the deadline to register for the program?
To receive all materials in the mail before your program viewing, allow at least 2 weeks for delivery. If you are located outside of the continental U.S., you may call HFA at 800-854-3402 for estimated shipping times.
